


Responding officers said they spotted a man fitting the description of the shooter walking along the 1500 block of Ivy Alley before he ducked behind a dumpster when he saw a patrol car approaching, the complaint said. Police said the man was taken by ambulance to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. They found the victim, a 20-year-old Braddock man, who had been shot in the stomach, right arm and the right side of his body, the complaint said. Officers said they saw two men running from the scene as they arrived.

A homeless man was charged with attempted homicide after, investigators said, he lured a man to the front of the Arnold Manor high-rise in Arnold on Tuesday and shot him three times.
